There are some servers available for less than $60. You will likely have trouble finding one with windows, or high traffic limit servers.. but some are out there.

Yes, its possible to find a box for $60, but can you manage without windows? (I had a $60 server with 1TB of bw + Windows 2003 but the provider closed down)
