Unfortunately, the mp3's are the primary target for catching people. Movie files are abundant, but not on the high priority list, YET! Movies are usually fake, take too long for most people to download, and you can only watch them on a PC for the most part.

Regular pirated files of all other catagories are still being watched by some authorities, but not a priority either, until there is a practical standard figured out at the expense of the RIAA on how to get a grip on the illegal P2P. The all other software companies will follow suit.
