when i capture or upload video to premier and i want to check it it looks like
pictures it is very slow it's that normal? or what can i do to fix that?

depends on your connection to the source of the video.. Maybe the wire has a nic in it. How old is your video captureing hardware?

i think premier does a ram preview when you view it b4 compression. so i guess the preview would be dependent on the system running it.
uncompressed video is massive so even a top of the range system would struggle to give good results.
i havnt used premier for a long while so things may have changed and i may be wrong

You probably need to turn off/disable programs that are useing extra memory.. get as much free as possible.
