Audio Record Wizard 3
Play the .ram file, use this to record, using wav or stereo mix as the input. it'll make an mp3 or ogg file for you. The quality isn't 100% perfect, but still very good. .ram files tend to be crap quality anyway, so you won't notice any degradation. This works in a similar manner as the Recorder built into windows, but adds more functionality and real-time encoding.
Read the instructions, i don't have time to explain in depth how to use it.
Someone else may have a better suggestion, but any Real Media file is horrible. Using Real Alternative is ok, but all their players are filled with junk.
