Text To Speech Software

Does anyone know of a good text to speech software thing which doesnt sound like microsoft sam or some other robot, But sounds like a real person so i can actually understand most of the words they are saying.

AT&T makes one but it's pretty hard to get a working copy. I've been qued at emule for a couple weeks for it.
