ok i have a xvid copy of star trek nemesis that i want to convert to put on dvd-r
the movie has sound,but when i imput the file into tmpgenc there is nothing in the audio colum.anyone have any idea what the problem may be?
or recomend another dvd encoder that i can get

Select the avi file too in the audio field.

Use GSpot to see if your movie use AC3 codec as sound.

ok used gspot and this was what it said the audio was
ac3 (0x2000) Dolby Laboratories, Inc
so now what ?

I mastered that AC3 problem dude!
But I can't help you, unless you tell me what "copy" you have. Is it from an original DVD, is it a DIVX copy?
