    I have used them both, there is no question LW is better. It can be debated all day long but unless you have tried them both its just hear say. LW gave me better speeds on all my trackers I use over Vectoral. Nothing wrong with Vectoral but they are not better than LW. Their network is tops. If you take everything in stride, price, support, bw and so on then I think Vec would win (when they have stock). If you want fantastic speed at all around its Leaseweb.

    ScT has alot of both LW and Vec but I am pretty sure there are more Vec on ScT so you might be better off with them if that is the tracker you primarily use.

    Give one a whirl and have fun...........

    Vectoral gives you the big advantage to choose the OS you want.

    This is the list of OS offered by vectoral:
    * Centos 4.4
    * Debian Etch and Sarge
    * Fedora
    * Microsoft Server 2003 (Web, Standard and Enterprise)
    * Suse 9.3
    * Ubuntu 6.0.6.1

    I've been owning the two of them and i gotta say that overall, i prefered Vectoral for a couple of reasons :

    - 1 tb more bandwith a month more which is huge
    - bandwith calculation seems to be wrong in Leaseweb, you end up taking more bandwith than utorrent stats tells you (which isn't the case with Vectoral)
    - You got more RAM for the same price
    - Beter customer service (you can chat online with a rep, pretty cool)

    But on the other side, Leaseweb speed is better on most trackers i tried. Though the speeds are great with Vectoral also.

    If Leaseweb had a 3000 Gigs/month plan for less than 100$, maybe i would say Leaseweb because of the speed

    on oink, it's hard to seed, no matter that you are using a seedbox

    maybe 2 MB/s at best and not steady

    if you have 20$ a month to invest, get a leeware seedbox, it's better than nothing and you will be able to seed on trackers like TL, REVTT without problem
