Well if you are sure that the .dmg file itself is not corrupt, these are the only other tips I can give you about this.

    - Make sure the dmg2iso.exe is in the same exact folder/directory as the actual .dmg file.
    - Make sure the .dmg file does not contain any special characters (spaces, ?, etc). If they do rename the .dmg file.

This has worked for others. Download the dmg2iso.pl file from http://vu1tur.eu.org/tools/ - listed as perl script.

(alternative is to rename dmg2iso.exe to dmg2iso.pl)

After download dmg2iso.pl file use the same instructions as before.

Very important to keep dmg2iso (either .exe or .pl) in the same folder/directory as the actual .dmg file.

Try the .pl version and see if that works. If not you may have to do a little more work.

    Taken from another place:

dmg2iso is a very strange piece of software with instructions
that normal people can't understand. This became a challenge to
me, because I have a dmg file that I really want to extract.
I started trying a software called MacDrive 6 which was supposed
to do the trick. It is more advanced than dmg2iso, but absolutely
impossible to understand. Don't try it, don't buy it.

I have made a lot of experiments. Now eventually I have found
    a solution to the puzzle:

Move dmg2iso.exe to c:\ if it is not already there.
Rename the program to dmg2iso.pl (strange, but it is necessary!)

Move the dmg file that you want to convert to c:\
If the name contains blanks or any strange characters
that DOS may not accept, then rename it. Give the file
a simple name like MYFILE.dmg to be on the safe side.

Open Windows help function. Try to find out how to open a DOS
window. (I am running W2000, swedish version, so I can't give
    you any exact guidance here).

    In the DOS window type:
    dmg2iso.pl MYFILE.dmg MYFILE.iso
(do not use any < or >)

    enter - wait...

... and you will have an iso image that you can expand
with PowerIso or any other available software that can
expand an iso file. Good luck!

An update. The new poweriso lets you convert .dmg to .iso, or you can just burn the .dmg.

PowerIso 3.8. You can look around and find it.
