WHCH WOULD START MY SYSTEM AT THE SET TIME ,IT ALSO HAS OPTONS OF ADDNG PROGRAMS TO START.

some mobo bioses (such as mine) have a feature to schedule a boot. Once the os is running, there is a myriad of software that can be found to accomplish your other goals.
