Whats The Best Program To View Pics?

I just wanna be able to make my pics brighter while viewing them. or add contrast....i dont wanna make graphics or something. i just mean a good picture viewer or something

I use Irfanview. It's free and has a lot of features.

Just use Windows Picture and Fax Viewer.

Ifranview is the quickest at starting up, with lots of options in regard to quality and speed of viewing, and you can move pics along with the mouse thumbwheel.
