probably somewhere on the site is the source, and talk about stereotypes. they need a better method than banning countries

Well, ibslice, on of the admins over there, wrote a few posts earlier that the quote was a what-if scenario from a site-mod. This looks to me like it's a valid quote but it's also quite possible that someone posted this in the heat of the moment after he was particularly pissed for newly banning a hundred members

Guys, slow down for a moment, you can always trash them when or if they really ban more countries Until that happens, lets give them the benefit of the doubt.

TvTorrents is not as good as BitMeTV yet, but they do have their advantages. With only 8k+ torrents they have almost 100k peers, BitMeTV has 15k torrents and 75k peers. I'm convinced about the potential and TvT should be mentioned and recommended, if not as a BitMeTV-substitute then as an alternative.

Ibslice has made it clear numerous times that countries may get an IP ban (like Israel) however trusted members who are willing to get a static IP or go to the IRC everytime they log on can have the ban lifted. so I don't really see how this is an issue?
