Ditto here but add a shred or six of Romaine (roughage), a dash of pepper, and a VERY light smear of mayo instead of the butter.

For heaven&#39;s sake man the salt goes without saying, but just enough to enhance the flavour, not mask it.

I have always enjoyed bacon on a bagel, though I feel it is a wee bit too sarcastic for a snack .
