You`re kidding. Vectoral`s max upload speed is 2-2,5 when Leaseweb`s is 9-10 mB/s.
By the way thanks for suggestion, I`ll add Vectoral`s box to my offer. 1000 GB Vectoral = 500 GB Leaseweb.
