we dont want to give trackers/invites to ppl who dont know how to keep on good ratio.

i know there are a few good members that i trust on them but i need that all ISC members trust on them, not just me.

so If you want a chanch do get something, post here 2 screens:
utorrent statistic.
utorrent upload speed.
both with last week date.

if you have oink and bitmetv it can help you if you post ratio from there.
