    Hi,
I was under the impression that Fedora Core 4 setup on Keyweb would be exactly the same as for Leeware (which I have done successfully) to install uTorrent.
However when I login in to my VPS via Putty and type in yum -y install xterm wine vnc-server I get the following error:
    -bash: yum: command not found

Anyone know what is wrong here?
    Cheers.

it's not supposed to be this way, Fedora Core 1 and above are supposed to have yum already installed, i would ask keyweb why it isn't installed

but you can still install it by downloading the rpm of yum and install it

Yup, you need to download the .rpm of Yum for your distro and install it.

Ill try again to install, didnt do too well last time, the guides aren't exactly step by step, and im a bit of n00b in this area. Will let you know how I go soon.
I would ask Keyweb but I don't speak german...

    Code:
    [root@km20918-02 ~]# rpm -Uvh http://linux.duke.edu/projects/yum/download/2.4/yum-2.4.3-1.src.rpm

Any idea why I can't seem to download yum here?
