    Most .css and html I know I picked up from places like this (the cunt supposed to teach it to me at uni didn't know it that well, he just pretended to). It's fairly simple stuff. Have a wee look at DTDs while you are at it as well, and remember to test things in both FF and IE at least, especially if you are using any JavaScript.

    Some sort of html-validation plugin, and maybe Firebug can be useful as well (those are for firefox).


    EDit: RE: php together with MySQL.

    I'm gonna assume you can sort the MySQL-syntax yourself, though, it's not as if it's tricky, just basic SQL with some nice additions, and some rather useless ones as well.
