Help With Burning

I downloaded Sim city 4 and I have 2 folders one saying CD1 and another saying CD 2 with .CUE and .IMG files in them can I burn all the files to one disc? or do I have to put them on seprate discs? and does the fact that the .IMG files want to open in paint shop pro 8 make them files useless?

you have to burn them one 1 cd (I think) just burn them with Nero and you can use the files
