Since there are 25,000 users I can't imagine it could be difficult to keep a good ratio there

Upload your own torrents and grab popular shows like heroes, PB, LOST etc
Season packs can also give you some nice upload.

For the love of God, do not download an entire season pack at BitMeTV, or you'll be stuck seeding it for a month before you get your ratio back (and I have a 20/5 connection.)
Take this from someone who did not read the 10 Commandments of BitMeTV before using it.
It is not that hard to keep ratio there, just for the first week or two, don't go to crazy downloading and stick to downloading popular stuff as quickly as you can and letting it seed. From 9:30-11:30 P.M. GMT -5, a whole bunch of new stuff comes up that will help you keep a good ration. Especially on Sunday nights. 4400, Entourage, and Dead Zone are all good ratio givers.
If all else fails, donate $10 and you'll be fine.

You'll have no problem if you download new stuff with RSS, but it could take weeks to seed back old packs.
