    I just recently purchased a tuner card for my pc so I can watch cable on my pc. Does anyone know how I can stream the audio/video so i can watch it on my laptop also. the os i am using is winxp pro can someone please help?

    are u on a network (router) if u are i think u can use ur LAN IP and broadcast to the LAN, but i believe (think, so dont get mad) that the better qaulty the broad is, that the more lagged it is
