Glenda Jackson won the Oscar I think. And you have also the wrestling scene, and that part about the fig.
The original book is by D.H.Lawrence, minus the politicals. I remember in my ignorance I mistook D.H. to be T.E. of arabian fame.
This is quite a movie, and a classic. There is currently a xvid at tpb.
