Actualy that the speeds that kazaa tells you when you download these certain files because the frames of the movie are just blank and the modem compresses them more, but if you check what you have downloaded on the dial up connection it tells you it about 10 to 20 mb

IRCSpy doesn&#39;t verify files&#33;

It&#39;s simply an IRC indexing site (albeit a very good one). It&#39;s fully automated so there&#39;s no way for it to be &#39;verified&#39;.
