    y is dat i have a 20gig h drive and i am using only 10gig and it's says dat i only have 4gig of free space left

    First of all windows is installed and he will say that you will have a 19 gb hard drive instead of an 20 gb but I never heard that some one has a problem with a 20 gb haard and that windows only views 14 gb. Try using speed disk from Norton System Works that mabye solve your problem.
