Help With Ares

I have Ares and i was wondering if there is anyway i can delete Ares and keep all my songs on itunes. because if i delete ares i will lose everything i have ever downloaded.

Simply move all the files from your ares shared folder, which is normally in local settings\application data\ares\my shared folder\ i believe, may be wrong, but find the folder and copy it to somewhere else, then simply uninstall ares.
You can find the folder by accessing the control panel in ares and on transfer tab.
