But I obtained an 250 GB buffer acc a while ago , when there were a lot of TT invites , and now ... I don't know whis this hard . But , still waiting ...

I say, take that 300GB and run, while he doesn't change his mind. You won't get more than 300GB for a TT. No matter that BitmeTV invites are relatively easy to get, because it's hard as hell to buffer an account.
