Is there any plugin or something to get Tabs in IE. I am only using Netscape for the Tab option. I keep 8/10 sites open and I dont like my Taskbar filled up.

Try this : drag your shortcut divisionbar far to the left.

It's not really a good solution but only alternative is to always open in same window.
(I don't think I ever have seen a plugin like you mentioned)
