the reason is so simple
iplay used to disable accounts from certain areas of the world middle east for example
no need for fake upload thanks to free leech and free torrents

yeah we disabled lots of ips, not only from the middle east but from all over the world...ALL FOR CHEATING
freeleech where? coz on iPLAY wasn't such a thing
anyway it doesn't really matter...if u behave u don't have to worry about anything
