how long have ya been a member???? cause you have to be a member for at least 28 days..

FROM THERE FAQ PAGE:

Power User Must have been be a member for at least 28 days, have uploaded at least 20 GB and have a ratio at or above 1.2. The promotion is automatic when these conditions are met. Note that you will be automatically demoted from this status if your ratio drops below 0.95 at any time.

if it's been longer than that.. i suggest that you may wanna contact the staff to let'em know..

i heard that in this tracker you can be PU only if you PM to staff and have conditions which mentioned in FAQ..
