Has RIAA stepted there bounds?, Ireceved a message stating that the RIAA found illigally downloaded files in my computer, but I dont have any mp3 files in my computer. The only things that we have downloaded are movie files, less than 10 files alltogether. do they have the right to sue?

I doubt that their goin to sue you, their most likely goin to tell your isp about it. And, their going after downloaded movies, software and music. Movies are probaly the most dangers to let ppl upload from because Time Warner and Universal Studios are trying to get ppl too.

Us the privacy patch and they can't sue you.

Or if they sue, couldn't you delete all files and all things that possibly show that you had k-lite and they wouldn't have a case? you could say that they set you up.

The privacy patch only stops people from gaining a complete list of your files. It won't protect you from the RIAA or a lawsuit.
