    How do you request files there? Also, will the people running the channels just let anybody download from them?

    lot at each of the peoples name hosting the files. instructions on what to type to request the files is right after them along with the name of the stuff they are sharing. or just go to ircspy.com type in the search window what you want and click the pack number at the begining of the line with the items name. that'll launch irc and take you right to the room that has what you want where you just right click and paste the request trigger and it'll send you the file or place you in queue.
