They forgot SARS
They forgot SARS
Ohh noo!!! I make dribbles!!!
This year alone, 106 people have died from SARS and it has been a top story for several months. While over 4,000 people die from the flu, no one even mentions it. This whole RIAA shpiel is a bunch of crap.

...what about how many file sharers have been banned from this forum??!??
I think Paul has a new campain running, and well said.
I could only add be cautious and share away, since the worst that will be likely to happen at this point is you may get a letter from you ISP, BFD, don't worry to much.
what about users that died from underexposure to other people and sunlight
These statistics go down well with me!
Most of file sharing programs users

Yup that's the worst that could happen, having to pay the licenses for the stuff you have pirtated. These are usually the ppl tha are in SERIOUS violation (like LOADS of sharing, several gigs a day). Anyway it's hard to pin stuff on them. Fine is a wron word I think, beacuse it's a civil matter, you pay for the licenses, and then you're cool.
For those of us who share files in the US, if by some very small chance the RIAA does find you, I would consider it an honor--and if you work the media correctly, it could launch a magnificent political career! If 200,000,000 are file sharing, think of the votes!
When "they" had the technology, they took us to the cleaners and there was nothing we could do about it. They got the gold, so now they can make the laws for themselves by corrupting the corrupt politicians. But now we got the technology on our side, so thank God (if you believe in it) and fuk'em!
Of those 200,000,000 how many get bombarded by popup ads from original kazaa? Sharman networks must make a killing.
Props to the makers of K lite and www.lavasoft.de for getting rid of the spyware
