LOL, I live in The Netherlands. I just say that ScT has to give me an invite and I may download what I want and need nothing to upload, else I fill in a nice form on brein.nl and everybody is doomed. Nah I wont do that to you guys
But check it out brein.nl and make some clicks on the site and you will find a form which is just as easy as registering on a tracker only the outcome is that the tracker will go down

SCT is to see how fast your internet/server speed is
(if you have a server)look i downloaded at 50 mbps just to ftp it to my pc at 900kbps (depending on internet speed) it is nothing more than downloading twice waist of time unless you have FIOS then SCT would be awesome for you e penis but TL is best for normal internet speed users unlike the server farm aka SCT

Well think about it:
1) I could trade my (imaginary) 2-3TB buffered Czone for 1 miserable SCT invite and then either P2L or pay for a seedbox to survive in order to download a decent amount of stuff (and the acc will probably get disabled soon anyway thanks to staff
2) I could (this isn't fiction) trade my fresh Czone for a 1TB buffered TL acc, (which won't/hasn't got disabled, and never costs me anything, and lasts me for years
