Im having trouble downloading torrents from any site. But what little i have downloaded seems to be uploading very well. Im currently seeding 2 torrents at about 45 KB/s but downloading at 1.5KB/s even though 1 of the torrents have 16 active seeders and 1 active leacher. My firewall is down and all my ports are opened. Does anyone know what the problem could be? thanks.

make sure you cap your upload speed ... I found this helpful .. its for Azureus but can be use with any client
