it's not like torrents at all you by the games online and then you d/l them and play them through the steam login client, you need to have steam installed on your computer in order to login and thus to play

Its NO WAY like torrents rofl, its just a client that you have to use to play the games they provide, mainly VALVE games.. go to www.steampowered.com and see lol

steam are being traded alot with keys and other accounts.
i have done it many times,one time i gave the guy guild wars for his steam account the fuck requested his account back through steam(if you have proof,you can get it back,just say its stolen)and i lost my precious guildwars account,but i am over it now
