kazza= first pirating tool![]()
For me, kazaa was nothing more than a necessary evil between the end of napster and the renaissance of newsgroups, with a brief stop at Limewire along the way. And,of course, torrents. Love the torrents!
haha the way I see it, for me it was like an evolution...
first there was napster, that opened my eyes and made me realise the potential of the internet
then there was kazaa and limewire, like pretty much everyone, to discover music but pretty much limited to that
now there's bittorrent, and I'm discovering the great communities behind private trackers (especially libble, my first tracker)
and soon I shall enter the world of newsgroup, now that I found a nice ISP providing access for almost no additional cost
cant believe this is still alive!
i use limewire for some music files, but i prefer downloading albums via torrents
Arguing online is like the special olympics, even if you win you're still a retard.
No kidding I second that...
Most P2P apps are worthless, excessive queue wait times, slow speeds, fake files, viruses, cracked/ripped up apps that you weren't looking for, etc., etc...
P2P apps are only good for getting tunes, forget getting apps, games, or movies off of them...
Why bother with these apps anymore when there are GREAT public and private torrent trackers and Usenet...
I say take a vote, kill Kazaa and kill this thread...
PEACE
maybe some of us like to share and download where we please especially if told not to by you or the riaa
Of course i still use BT and ed2k for most :p
