If what I previously posted doesn't work,
then there's a possibility that you have a static IP.

Have you tried it yet? It only takes 30 seconds to do it.

to check if you have a static ip or not in xp go Control Panel.>Network Connections>You may have several network connections in this window. I want you to right click on the one you use to connect to the internet. Then click properties.>then properties again> Click Internet Protocol(TCP/IP) and then the Properties button>If there is a dot in Obtain an IP address automatically then you do NOT have static ip and you should follow fstrulz directions

Okay theres isn't a dot, so I don't have a static IP, but on a side not, isn't a static IP good, like for seeding and uploading more on trackers such as Oink, I like commas

Ok well if you don't have a static ip your port cannot be forwarded and therefore trackers will say you are non-connectable, if you want to become connectable make a static ip and forward a port for you torrent client, you might see a increase in speed and you might not... go here http://portforward.com/english/route...outerindex.htm select your routers make and model and then select utorrent from the programs list

soooo wait you can uncap your modem, but you can't change your ip??

shhhhhhhhhhh, If I make one wrong move in changing my ip my ISP will see a huge transition in bandiwith, unlike some normal customer changing his IP to some other one, because my modem is "special"

btw when Oink disables accounts, they ban by ISP's also, right?

so after port forwarding and making a static ip, then chaging my static ip, I would be able to make a new acc by invite again on Oink with on the same computer?
