TL Banned???

I just got seedbox and upped about 400gb last week maybe they throught i was cheating? Any how cannot log in or get to irc just says your ip is banned

Are both IPs banned, your home and your seedbox?

Does your seedbox have the option of a different IP, then try that and see if your account has been disabled.

They also claim that they will ban you if you download the same torrent more than once.

I've done that quite often and not received a warning yet, but my IP history never changes.

Maye the addition of the seedbox IP along with the home PC IP alerted staff to something?

Then you will just have to wait to see if KR sees your post and asks you some questions, or you try & get on their irc and explain yourself, cool, calm & collected & be polite at all times.

There are two possibilities :
If you D/U via Seedbox and HomeBox(lol) at same time they will assume that account is being shared and ban your account which can be solved only by staff forgiving you if you give them good reason through irc chat this will work if your account is only banded not deleted.
Or your IP/proxy is among banned range, in that case you can use a different proxy.
