thanks a lot......... but as i enter there is a profile page where some setting has to be done and i cant get past it . as i click on confirm an error javascript pops up. anybody got any ideas......

Yeh, read the ncore threads in the bt forum, like I suggested in the first post, and many times thereafter in this thread.

And try selecting a country on the profile page, which is the normal reason for this error.

whoa!!! after half an hour of brain storming and a very valuable tip from sgtmajor i finally do it!!!!
