i use a vlc plugin to play play the videos in .rar files without extracting..

Right click on .rar -> Open with -> VLC player

Though that doesn't work with separated rars.

I've tried this since last posting and find it still very buggy.
Whether thats down to coding or the way it extracts the movie I do not know.

lol i guess i led myself into that one. angry cuz osx has more programs that are better then windows?

it is called vlc-rar loader. who knows there might be a windows version
