any port i try to use

Error! Port 75757 does not appear to be open
i try test port in Emule still get Failed.
THe utorrent speed now is god damn slow.
Test with Azureus
Testing port 55555 ...
NAT Error - Connect attempt to (your computer) timed out after 20 seconds. This means your port is probably closed.

75757 is not a valid port
Max = 65535
1024 - 65535 but stay away from the default ones, > 40000 usually works good.
and you keep telling everyone your IP address, second time today!
