    Use the irc search engines, ircspy.com or packetnews.com... Channels gain and lose popularity by what they are serving, and how fast the connections are. Most IRC channels are banning Ork and Bottler programs, so I'm not surprised that you haven't had much luck.

    In my opinion, yes. However some people find using Mirc to be too complicated.

    well i used to use it jus copy n paste really but tried IRC-ork and it jus luked better. how do the servers n channels no that ure using bottler or ork?

    Packetseek is like irc-ork but you don't get kicked off channels as far as i know.

    changing the version name (IRC-Ork by default)
    leaves you undetected

    i still like mIRC better, though
