Isn't that only effective when used by someone with a leg to stand on?

Czone staff sucks , cuz their composed of highschool kids ,stupid kids i might add. But the content is one of the best , even if they steal all their stuff from TL/ScT/FTN. But stealing is the romanian trackers way of getting 0day stuff, so deal with it

I just don't get the rash of over-inflated sense of entitlement we've seen in the past week (or two, or three) by people who screw around and get called on it.

I wonder if that would work in real life, like in court perhaps. I could imagine the outbursts of the defendant in an open-and-shut case railing against literally everyone who chose to speak on than matter, "All this testimony and evidence and posturing can bite a dick because I didn't ask for (re: give tacit permission) it! Your honor, that I got caught redhanded has no bearing on th... hey, now you behind that fancy table shut up and quit spamming my case!"
