does anyone have one so i can see how much im dowloading and uploading over the month or have a link to a site that has one i serched for over an hour but can only find things that keep the totol time on the net.

Get yourself DU Meter.There is a hash for it in verifieds somewhere,if you cannot find it PM me and i will give you a wareZ link where you can get it from.
