click = not sure about this one. could be click as in click with mouse, or clique as in group of people
flood = usually means to post a lot of rubbish at a time. see this on mirc
troll = to intentionally attract people to flame you (for flame see below) by saying something controversial e.g. i like eating babies (just kidding)
flame = to argue/debate with another user in an angry/violent manner
spam post = a post which has no real worth (see flood and adthomp )

flame = hack
spam post = something bout nasty food
tia = chinese only post
imo = sounds like I'm A Ho, maybe a blonde term

click is usually used by moderators when they lock topics, or other members to bring it to the attention that the topic should be locked. It could have other meanings, but that's what it means on the places I hang out.
