Creating Xp Skins

Just wanting 2 know has any 1 made a skin for WindowBlinds -- Iam thinking about making my own MetroStars skin.. But i just want 2 know what program 2 use iam thinking of using SkinStudio..

i would Appreciate any advice

i made one for style xp once using their own builder. pretty simple really

Think i'm gonna work on an adventurous skin with like wooden toolbars and stuff.. maybe a forest or cabin (and a waterfall) in the background.

i tried one with style xp, it wasnt to bad, but it was a bit of a pain in the ass, so i got rid of it and just ise windows classic style. no fisher price effects for me please

lol i bet people in corporate jobs were like.. Wtf am i working on a Fisher Price version of Windows !?!? lol
