Recommendations

Please reccomend your favorite Ramones and Led Zeppelin albums. I have, sadly, never given these two bands a chance, but I now would like to. Considering I know nothing about either band, I'm asking you to help me out.

I'd suggest you get their Greatest Hits albums, to give you an idea of their sound, and how they changed over the years. They will obviously miss some (or a lot) of each bands best work, but it should give you an idea whether you enjoy them enough to pursue other albums.

Just an idea.

The only Ramones I have, sadly, is the Chrysalis album, which is still worth getting, even if only for the superb Poison Heart.
I've got more LZ, but the faceman's right, you should go buy the Best of that's out now, it's worth it.

I got The Ramones - Mania (One of their greatest hits albums)...Its got all their best songs on it...Also got Led Zep's Early Days and Latter Days (greatest hits albums)...it's also pretty good...sharing all this in soulseek...
