hmm maybe you open it was winzip..i use winrar for rars and winzip for anything else

when i right click it and go to "properties" it says its a "winzip" file.

How the hell do i play it?

Get yourself either winzip or winace from google.Then double click the files to extract them.Once extracted you should then have bins and cues.Burn them to disc or use video lan.
