    What is the average CPU load when you upload/download with decent speed (10-20Mbps) at VPS seedbox?

    I don't have VPS myself but people at Leeware had 16 Mbps or so, AFAIR.

    my vps normally runs at 80% use... slow but i get 5M speeds no problem.

    i would recommend at least 500mhz i have 200mhz shared and mine craps out over 1000kbps
