    roadrunner time warner cable is good i get 200Kbps+ on popular Mp3's. I took approximately 10-20secs to download an Mp3 just now. But you forgot to say what country.

    I dont get Road Runner here....but i was gonna get Speakeasy and it says starting at $45 but it says i have to pay $119...im like 14040 feet away from the main place.
