    i no this has probally been asked so many times its tireing but this is my first post so is kazza lite still completely legal and safe to download on im really sorry to ask this i just dont want to get fined

    Nobody has ever gone to jail pirating mp3s. Now bootlegging yes but someone pirating songs on Kazaa no.

    But there is a very small chance you can get sued by the RIAA for pirating mp3s. If you happen to listen to cds that are from a RIAA label that is. I don't really think they care about india labels like Century Media Records.

    No, it's a filthy, illegal and immoral habit. So what?

    Freedom of the press has it's good and bad sides, as i've said in another post, I don't believe they are actually suffering that much because not only will we never buy the cd's but we're paying for the storage and bandwith.
