Anyone know which retail stores stock BT Openworld CD ROM's.
A friend wants me to install BT pay-as-you-go internet access on his PC (how quaint ).
BT tell me it will take 5-7 days to get me one. Have they never heard of couriers- they make enough money out of us all!
    Any suggestions?

Why not sign him up on-line on your own pc, but when you download the '.ins' file, save it to disk rather than open it.

Then simply copy that file to his pc and open it there.

Of course, this assumes he already has IE installed.

A lot of computer magazines have them spamming up the pages.
Check your newsagent and buy the cheapest one.
